Complimentary insured domestic shipping, with a signature required. Made-to-order jewelry generally needs 1–2 weeks of preparation before dispatch. Please confirm availability and dispatch timing for pre-owned watches before purchasing.

Eligible returns: Request within 14 calendar days of delivery. A 5% restocking fee and insured return shipping costs apply to change-of-mind refunds. Bespoke and personalized orders are final sale, subject to the full policy’s exceptions.
